• Top left – elbow “flying” outwards creating leftward rotation & notice excessive heel strike, killing loading & over working the shin.
  • Top middle – left elbow flying & causing rightward rotation. Over stride has caused left knee to drop (foot on ground too long & too many G-forces accumulated , hip has followed (dropped).
  • Top right – flying right elbow, body trying to “outrigger” to the right to compensate for drop of pelvis on the left side.
  • Bottom left – notice good balance, but very high off the ground; clearly indicating too upright & power has gone to launching rather than propulsion & now you are oscillating too much & expending too much energy fighting gravity.
  • Middle bottom – notice the collapse & dissipation of energy into the ground, as opposed to elastically loading through a partial foot strike.
  • Bottom right – the flying elbow again; bring the front of the elbow through closer to the body & allow your hand to move in a direction that will pass your left cheek if continued. See how you have out-riggered to the right to try & compensate. Way too much heel strike.
